EPSDT
EPSDT is a comprehensive and preventive health care benefit for children under 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid. We provide safe and regular care for Medicaid recipients under the age of 21, ensuring health check examinations and other Medicaid-covered services are delivered at no cost to eligible recipients.

Eligibility
Who Qualifies?
UCare Health Solutions serves a wide range of clients across Charlotte, NC. Our services are available to individuals who meet the following criteria:
Medicaid Recipients
Individuals enrolled in North Carolina Medicaid, including DCS Medicaid, who require in-home personal care or EPSDT services.
Children Under 21 (EPSDT)
Children and young adults under the age of 21 who are enrolled in Medicaid are eligible for our EPSDT comprehensive health services at no cost.
Private Pay Clients
Individuals and families who prefer to pay privately for in-home care services without going through insurance or Medicaid.
Elderly & Dependent Adults
Seniors and adults with physical or developmental needs who require assistance with daily living activities to remain safely at home.
